Shipping and Delivery Policy

At AIC Amal, the official donation platform of Akode Islamic Centre, we primarily facilitate digital contributions. However, some activities may involve the delivery of physical items, such as donation receipts, certificates of appreciation, or promotional materials. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how these items are handled.
1. Scope of Shipping
Shipping applies only to physical goods or documents requested by or promised to the donor. Most receipts and acknowledgments are sent digitally via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Physical copies are sent only upon specific request or for certain donation categories where mentioned.
2. Shipping Charges
For most standard documentation (like receipts), AIC Amal provides shipping free of charge within India. For special items or international shipping, additional charges may apply, which will be communicated to the donor beforehand.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Physical items are typically processed within 3-5 working days from the date of the successful donation or request.
- Transit Time: Depending on the location, delivery may take 7 to 10 working days via standard courier or postal services within India.
- Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like public holidays, extreme weather, or logistical issues.
4. Address Accuracy
Donors are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. AIC Amal is not responsible for non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect address if the information provided at the time of donation was inaccurate.
5. Tracking and Support
Once an item is shipped, we may provide a tracking number upon request (where applicable). If you do not receive your physical item within the estimated timeline, please contact us.
